Influencer Marketing
Influencer campaigns that feel like content, not interruptions.
We start with the brief and take it all the way to publication without losing sight of the most important thing: why people should want to watch the content. Bombo Studios combines first-hand knowledge of the creator economy, internet culture and sharp campaign execution.
What we do
We do not choose a creator because they fit a box. We choose them because we know what they can do, how they speak to their community and which idea can become credible in their hands.
- Strategy and creative concept definition
- Creator scouting and casting across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Briefing, negotiation and operational coordination
- Content and publication supervision
- Insight collection and campaign reporting
- Activations integrated with production, jingles and brand experiences
Our approach
01 — Understand what needs to happen
Before names come the objective, audience, message and desired behaviour. Casting starts here.
02 — Find the right person
We assess language, community, format and cultural fit. We prefer one precise choice to an endless list.
03 — Build something worth watching
Branded content works when it preserves the creator's voice and turns the brief into a platform-native idea.

Seven stages, one line of reasoning.
The process separates decisions that are often blurred together: objective first, then people, idea, agreements, content and measurement.
01 — Objective and KPI
We define the behaviour the campaign should generate and one verifiable primary KPI before discussing creators.
02 — Audience and context
We clarify the audience, cultural tension, message, platform and the role of influencer marketing in the wider plan.
03 — Scouting and due diligence
We assess voice, credibility, available audience data, brand fit, editorial history, conflicts and reputational risk.
04 — Idea and format
We turn the brief into a creative territory and formats compatible with the creator's voice and platform behaviour.
05 — Agreements and rights
We document deliverables, fees, revisions, disclosure, exclusivity, organic and paid use, duration, territory and intellectual property.
06 — Production and publishing
We coordinate briefing, schedule, production, approvals and final checks without flattening the content.
07 — Measurement and learning
We collect data aligned with the KPI, document sources and limitations, and turn reporting into decisions for the next cycle.
Objective → KPI
The metric follows the business question.
The matrix follows IAB distinctions between reach, engagement, conversion and economic outcomes. The primary KPI and collection method are agreed in the brief.
| Objective | Possible primary KPIs | Data and conditions to define |
|---|---|---|
| Awareness | Unique reach, impressions, frequency | Platform definition, time window, organic and paid contribution. |
| Video attention | Views by threshold, completion rate, watch time | Content duration, view threshold and declared analytics source. |
| Consideration | Saves, shares, relevant comments, profile visits | Interaction-quality criteria and like-for-like format comparison. |
| Traffic | Link clicks, sessions, landing-page engagement | UTMs or tracked links, analytics access, consent and attribution window. |
| Conversion | Attributed actions, conversion rate, recorded value | Conversion event, available baseline, attribution model and limitations. |
| Content assets | Approved assets, versions, formats and rights delivered | Channels, duration, territory, paid use and acceptance criteria. |
There is no universal benchmark that applies to every creator, category, format and objective. Targets and thresholds are set only when comparable data and context support them.

Tell us about the campaignCompliance, disclosure and rights
Transparency is not a footnote.
Commercial content must be recognisable in Italy. The workflow incorporates AGCOM guidance and the IAP Digital Chart Regulation alongside product, platform and contractual restrictions.
Before publishing
- Classify the relationship correctly: payment, products, services, invitations or other benefits can make content commercial.
- Use immediately visible disclosure suited to the format, without requiring another click or action to understand it.
- Check captions, video, stories, live content, reposts and native platform tools as separate elements.
- Review prohibited or sensitive categories, protection of minors, product claims and applicable editorial responsibilities.
In the contract and rights log
- Deliverables, formats, revisions, dates, channels and approval responsibilities.
- Organic use, paid media, whitelisting or Spark Ads, cutdowns, adaptations and repost rights.
- Duration, territory, exclusivity, renewal, archiving and takedown.
- Music, images, people, locations, trade marks and every other third-party right.
- Shared data, measurement bases, analytics access and attribution limits.
This is an operating checklist, not legal advice. Duties and wording must be checked against the specific content and current primary sources.
Cost factors
Price is a consequence of scope.
There is no universal campaign rate card. The proposal follows a definition of what must be made, published, used and measured.
- Creator fit and availability
- Platforms and content volume
- Format and creative complexity
- Production, crew, locations and travel
- Revisions and schedule
- Rights duration and territory
- Paid media, whitelisting and adaptations
- Category exclusivity
- Logistics, gifting and seeding
- Tracking, reporting and research
Bombo does not publish indicative prices without a brief because they would omit decisive variables and create misleading comparisons.

FAQ
Seven answers before the brief.
What does an influencer marketing agency do?
It starts with the brand objective and coordinates strategy, scouting, casting, concepts, agreements, rights, content, publishing and measurement. The exact work depends on the agreed scope.
How do you choose creators for a campaign?
We assess the objective, audience, voice, format, credibility, available data, cultural fit, editorial history, conflicts and risk. Follower count alone does not decide the cast.
How much does an influencer marketing campaign cost?
It depends on creators, platforms, deliverables, production, revisions, timing, rights, exclusivity, paid media, territory, logistics and measurement. We prepare a proposal after these variables are defined.
Which KPIs do you use to measure performance?
We select KPIs that match the objective: reach and frequency for awareness; views and completion for attention; qualified interactions for consideration; clicks and sessions for traffic; attributed events for conversion. Definitions, sources and limits are stated in the report.
How should a commercial collaboration be disclosed in Italy?
Its promotional purpose must be immediately recognisable through disclosure that is visible and suited to the format. Current AGCOM and IAP sources and the specific case must always be checked.
Who manages usage rights, exclusivity and paid media?
They should be negotiated and documented before publishing: channels, duration, territory, organic or paid use, whitelisting, adaptations, reposting, exclusivity and third-party rights. Bombo coordinates them when included in scope.
What is the difference between an influencer agency, creator management, production and software?
The agency builds the brand campaign; management represents and develops the creator; production makes the assets; software organises data and workflows. A project may require several functions, but they are not interchangeable.
Can Bombo run international creator campaigns beyond Italy?
Yes. International campaigns can be scoped across one or more markets, with creator casting, UGC, AI or virtual creator concepts, production, rights and reporting defined around the brief. Market-specific responsibilities and partners are agreed before execution.
