The concept was published on 23 August 2026 as a six-image Instagram Collab carousel by @strangecollabo and the verified @cornetto account. The caption tags @pantone and explicitly states that the images were created with generative tools.

The project

A real problem. A speculative answer.

The sand is scorching.

Better in Blue starts with small summer frustrations. This one is universal: crossing a hot beach without burning your feet.

The sliders go in the freezer.

Frozen Flip-Flops imagines a water-filled sole that can be frozen: a deliberately surreal object whose function is clear at first glance.

Blue becomes an idea.

The concept translates Cornetto Blue into a beach accessory through Strangecollabo’s mix of product design, internet culture and digitally generated imagery.
